Delivery Information

The delivery time for Aeon radiators is 2-3 days depending on stock levels. If the model requested isn't in stock then delivery may take from 4 to 6 weeks.

The following UK postcodes will incurr an additinal delivery cost of £30.00

Free delivery for orders over £100.00.

For orders less than £100 delivery is £12.00.

BEFORE Signing for the goods:

Check that the packaging is not significantly damaged. If it is, reject the delivery.

If the packaging has minor damage, you may accept, but sign he delivery note "DAMAGED"

Please check that the number of items delivered, match what is stated on the delivery note.

Clearly mark the delivery note stating any shortages if applicable.

WITHIN 24 HOURS of the Delivery:

Unwrap and inspect the goods and report any damage/shortages to your supplier.

Failure to report within 24 hours could affect your rights to a replacement and/or parts.
